The game entered Early Access on Steam on September 25, 2026, at 12 PM EST, after the developer's public wait on Steam's final release clearance. Everything on this site was written against the launch build - and the developer has kept shipping fast: patches now run through #18 (October 3), every one logged below.

How updates get announced

GameMechanic announces through Steam news posts and its own community channels. We mirror anything that changes how the game actually plays - task types, entity behaviour, generation changes, platform news - and note it per page.

Site update log

  • 2026-09-21 - Site first published, built from the developer's pre-release material (store listing, community posts, official screenshots) while the release was still pending Steam clearance.
  • 2026-09-26 - Release date corrected to the official Sep 25, 2026 (12 PM EST); launch build and all launch-day patches logged; every page re-checked; punch-to-stun added to the survival guide.
  • 2026-09-27 - Patches #6–#9 logged (spawn camping, tripod pickup, tape overlay, mid-session joins removed). Co-op, items and survival pages updated against those notes.
  • 2026-09-28 - Patches #10–#11 logged (lost hazmat employee, "End Day" infinite-funds glitch, save/load item duplication). Patch #10 also raised starting funds, the first post-launch funding number to move in either direction — launch-day Patch 2 had cut it.
  • 2026-09-30 - Patches #12–#16 logged (tape replication for clients, cardboard cutout, entity speed both directions, 144 fps cap, Lost Employee pathing). FAQ re-checked.
  • 2026-10-01 - Patch #17 logged (PTT, FPS Limit, mouse sensitivity).

What we expect next

Camera-shake accessibility is still listed as coming (not live as of October 1, 2026). The FPS limiter from Patch #15 shipped in Patch #17 as a settings option. The tape-not-replicating-for-other-players issue left open after Patch #8 was addressed in Patch #12 ("directional tape disappearing on clients").

Latest update checked October 4, 2026: official Patch #18.
